Helloooooooo!! My name is DiL and I am the founder and creator of Sweet Cake Details since 2016. We are specialised in customised, quality, handmade, edible and non edible cake toppers for all occasions. Making quality cake toppers can be absolutely time consuming. Hence our mission is to help home bakers, hobby bakers and professional bakers save precious time from making cake toppers, so that more time can be used to bake delicious yummy cakes and for other important errands instead. Consequently, cake decorating can be a lot easier, faster and fun! 😃 I am born and raised in Singapore. My love for baking began about 20 years ago where I leisurely baked cakes and desserts for my family, friends and colleagues while holding a rewarding full time job in a bank. In 2013, I had to quit my banking job to move to Norway with my beloved husband. Needless to say, it was a window of opportunity for me to grow my passion for cake designing even more! My interest in cake designing grew tremendously since then, to a point where I am passionately addicted to it. I also discover my love working with fondant, gumpaste and marzipan to create sugarart masterpieces that give amazing and personalised touch to any cakes. They are indeed talking points for all occasions and certainly bring people together. I would like to believe I was created to create art but I would never have thought that I could one day pursue my true passion. So I am thankful and grateful for this opportunity I have today. More so when my creations bring big wide smiles and happy twinkles in the eyes to all.
